Edward Rogers, Principal

In his role as Principal of Logan Strategies LLC, Edward draws upon over a decade of experience across private equity, corporate strategy, and investment banking. Edward’s private equity and advisory experience encompasses numerous transactions and billions of dollars in value. As an investment professional, he has led and executed a wide range of investment types including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, project development, and public equities. In his professional roles, Edward has also worked closely with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans and reorganizations.

Edward previously served as both Principal and CFO of Ecological Service Partners, a private equity firm investing in environmental and water-related opportunities. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at NGP Energy Technology Partners, a private equity firm that invests in the renewable energy, oil and gas, power, environmental, and energy efficiency sectors. Edward began his career as an investment banking analyst in the General Industrials group of Jefferies & Company in New York.

Edward holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Finance from Duke University.
